- Through Booklog go to the top menu bar, go to maintenance, go to workstation.
- From there select the affected register from the list.
- On the new screen that pops up select the tab at the top that says credit/debit/gift.
- On this screen hit "end Session" then "Re-Sync Counter" and voila everything is fixed. Fixed multiple registers simultaneously.
Booklog Error: invalid payment (for all payment types)
