Enabling
For the Website to localize the tax rate for shipping tax, you will need to update BL like this:
Maintenance >> Store >> Tax Rates
Update the Default Shipping Tax Rate to "Store"
Disabling
If you need to enable or disable the collection of Shipping Tax on your website orders, please open up Booklog, and give this a try:
Maintenance -> Store -> Tax Rates
Update the Default Shipping Tax Rate to "NONE" (or, your desired rate)
