Try Restarting your DataVault (or, ask your IT staff to restart it for you):
If you have a virtual DataVault:
- Go to the Start Menu, and start the Oracle VM VirtualBox Manager...
- Right-click on the timber-### dv, and choose Reset
- Or if it's not yet running, choose Start
If ou are prompted by a Grub screen -- just press your Enter key.
If you have a physical DataVault (usually a small netbook)
- Try turning it off, then back on using its power-button
- Once you turn it back on, and see lights flickering -- you can walk away from it
