When a student is having a hard time logging-in, we advise:


1. Go to the View Orders page, locate their order, and view it (click the magnifying glass)

2. Near the top of the order, there is a box for "Customer Info".  Click on the student's Customer Number

3. Click the "Edit" tab above the student's username

4. Give them a simple password. 

5. Reply to the student with their exact username and password, and encourage them to change their password immediately after logging in.  (They will have a visible "Orders" tab that they can click on after they log in.)
