Click the little yellow box icon to create a package:
Select the items to go into the package and click Create One Package:
Under Shipping Method, choose UPS:
Verify the data under Ship Packages and click Review shipment.
Then Complete the Shipment by clicking "Request Pickup".
You can quickly access labels to print them by clicking on the tracking number:
