For refund requests outside of the regular return timeline and parameters (i.e. manual refunds):

1. go to https://solve.redshelf.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000304934 

2. Select "I work at a school bookstore"

3. Enter your email address, and select "I need assistance processing a POS refund for a student"

4. Complete the rest of the form, and submit.

 

5. The RedShelf Customer Experience team will take care of the rest!
